Movement improvisation and Creative Dance
Movement improvisation, creative dance are channels for joy and healing. I offer workshops. We move to sound, music or silence. When moving and making shapes in the space, individually or together with others we can easily connect to our creative source, let go of who we are and open up to new energy that will boost the spirit, body and brain.

Self love breathing:
FIND STILLNESS AND YOUR SUPER POWER WHILE DOING THIS:
Focusing on you breathing.
Exhale and let all the air go. Let there be a natural short pausing. Inhale. While filling your cells with oxygen, imagine your whole body being charged with healing light, joy, love, peace and gratitude. Repeat.
Breathing out. Let go of worries, anger and any emotions that are keeping you out of balance. Keep focusing on the breathing.
MOVING YOUR STAR
Find your pulse.
Hum your tone.
Raise your arms.
Curl up like a ball.
Stretch arms out like a bat
Spin around your axis.
Become the star you are.
